Courier service
If you only have a small amount of cargo to transport, then we can offer you a first-class courier service. This service offers the fastest way to transport your time-sensitive goods internationally, with an all-inclusive rate that includes the costs for export and import customs clearance.
Air transport
Our Air Freight export and import shipping services are based on transporting your goods on a passenger plane, or a freighter, depending on what the most cost-effective solution is at the time of booking. Our services include Door-to-Door, Door-to-Airport and Airport-to-Door transports, with ACP providing an all-inclusive UK clearance should it be required. Our Air freight shipping services are tailored to medium-sized cargo, with the costs being calculated by considering the total weight and volume of the goods.
ISPM 15
It is very important to ensure that all solid wood packaging (boxes, crates, pallets) is in compliance with ISPM 15 regulations, otherwise the packaging may fail inspections which can result in delays and extra costs. These regulations are in place to help prevent the spread of plant pests and parasites when transporting cargo across the world. In order to be compliant with ISPM 15 regulations, the wooden packaging must be fumigated, or heat treated by a specialist, prior to the exportation of the cargo. For more information regarding ISPM15 regulations, you can visit the GOV.UK website: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/import-or-export-wood-packaging-material
Incoterms
Incoterms are universal trade terms published by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). They consist of three-letter codes that are intended to clearly communicate the tasks, costs and risks associated with the transportation and delivery of the goods in an international transaction. They describe how responsibility is allocated between the buyer and the seller for different parts of the transaction. Please ensure that you communicate with your customer / supplier what Incoterms you are trading under prior to shipping. You can see a list of all the Incoterms below.
